Corrosion Resistance
IntegraLine fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) pipe is designed to be "user friendly." The resin, glass reinforcement materials and composite construction were selected to provide consistent corrosion resistance for the majority of chemical applications for which FRP pipe is considered appropriate.

Abrasion Resistance
IntegraLine AR abrasion-resistant pipe utilizes a granular ceramic in the corrosion barrier to produce an extremely hard surface that resists erosion by abrasive slurries. For application in which the pipe may be exposed to exterior forces of erosion, such as FGD scrubbers, the pipe will have an abrasion resistant barrier on the exterior of the pipe as well as the interior.

Durability
The high tensile elongation properties of the premium grade vinyl ester resin utilized in IntegraLine pipe impart a superior toughness to the pipe enabling it to resist cracking and crazing of the resin when subjected to heavy design loads.

Weather Resistance
IntegraLine pipe utilizes a heavy exterior coat of resin containing an ultraviolet stabilizer to impart long term resistance to the effects of sunlight and other weathering elements.

· Pressure ratings: 50, 100 & 150 psi
· Corrosion barrier: 0.100" (100 mils)
· Resin: corrosion-resistant vinyl ester
