ABOUT FIBREX COPORATION

Fibrex manufactures industrial fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) pipe, duct and header systems, serving both national and international markets. The company has been providing quality FRP equipment to the chemical, chlor-alkali, power and pulp & paper industries since 1982. From the beginning, serving these industries meant manufacturing equipment for the most severe chemical environments for which FRP is used. In those early years, customers were demanding higher quality and longer service life and the company set its sights on meeting those demands.

Fibrex quickly earned the reputation for combining superior quality with the technical capability and output capacity required to participate in major plant expansions and maintenance shutdowns. We have supported major industry projects throughout the U.S., as well as in Asia, South America, and the Middle East.

We have a strong appreciation of our customers’ need for the long service life of the equipment to assure continuity of operations. We also have a firm grip on the causes of failure in FRP equipment systems in severe chemical environments.

Today, the Company focuses on pipe, header systems, and duct; however, in the past, has produced other products such as process vessels, scrubbers, and stacks. Whether custom-designed or Fibrex’ standard product line (IntegraLine™, IntegraHeader™), our products have earned a well-deserved reputation for quality, reliability, and performance in the toughest environments.

Shipping

Fibrex is located in Victoria, Texas.

Because the pipe is manufactured in standard 40 ft. lengths and is generally pre-assembled at the factory, we utilize 40 and 45 ft. flatbed trailers to ship throughout North America

For overseas shipment, 12-meter lengths of pipe or duct fit conveniently into standard 40 ft. shipping containers. Fibrex has developed a unique method of crating pre-assembled pipe, duct or headers for container shipment. When necessary, this allows the crate to be partially removed from the container upon arrival at the destination country to permit customs inspection, before continuing to its final destination.
